Tomorrow’s People Conference – Growing the Public Sector Workforce in Kent and Medway.

This exciting event, held on 22 April 2009 at the Village Hotel, Maidstone, attracted over 70 delegates from across the spectrum of local government employees including representatives from Fire and Rescue and Health, throughout Kent and Medway.

The conference aim was to introduce the IESE funded 3 year Workforce Development Programme, to explain its role in workforce planning across the public sector and to launch the new training and development website, i-share.
