Medway Digital Transformation Service Designer
I work at Medway Council in the digital transformation team as a service designer.
In my role I look at an existing transaction or process e.g. book a pest control visit and identify the user needs and service requirements. I look at the issues and blockers of the current process and from this I devise a new service offering which is more streamlined and efficient. I help run workshops with services and organise meetings with business customers to get an understanding of their needs to improve its quality and interaction between the service provider and its customers. I am currently working towards redesigning the pest control and bulky waste services.
